I have ordered on Amazon (from other merchants) items as heavy and comparable in size without delivery problems. This seller uses a private delivery company NOT Fed Ex or UPS. When the delivery company called to confirm the window time, it was then I discovered they will NOT bring it upstairs. (UPS and Fed Ex will-regardless of size/weight) They explained that I could use their "white glove service" but first needed for the selling company to give them an OK . I went back and forth between the two to get a price of an additional $150 (on top of the $60 I already paid) Needless to say I found a friend to help me get it upstairs. |
